A Message from ZERO – The Project to End Prostate Cancer
As CEO of ZERO – The Project to End Prostate Cancer, I am thrilled by our organization's partnership with Kimberly-Clark and the Depend® brand. For the second straight year, Depend® and ZERO will work together to raise the public's awareness of prostate cancer, how it impacts men and their families, and the work being done to find a cure.
ZERO's mission is our name: saving lives and eliminating prostate cancer. The programs and services on which we have built our reputation as the leading prostate cancer non-profit organization are more important than ever. During the next year, our exciting partnership with the Depend® brand will allow us to bring even more awareness to the issues men face before, during and after prostate cancer. The partnership will help ZERO fund important medical research, free prostate screenings and educational opportunities for men across the country.
With the support of the Depend® brand, ZERO is delighted to reach out to the men who rely on Depend® products to improve their quality of life as they battle prostate cancer. ZERO also is excited to be represented on Depend® for Men products and grateful a portion of the sales will support the prostate cancer cause.
Through this partnership, the Depend® brand will sponsor several of our awareness initiatives including the Great Prostate Cancer Challenge (GPCC) race series, the premier men's health race event in the nation. GPCC races will occur in 12 cities across the United States this year, engaging more than 6,000 runners and 10,000 volunteers, spectators and supporters. Depend® will sponsor our free weekly newsletter, AWARE, which reaches 25,000 readers including prostate cancer patients, survivors, their families and their doctors. The brand will also sponsor our Web site, ZeroCancer.org.
On behalf of ZERO – The Project to End Prostate Cancer, please join our organization and the Depend® brand to raise awareness and find a cure for prostate cancer. Thank you.
